Okay so I have only been back from Gran Canaria for about 5 hours and I'm already feeling so so depressed. It was literally 10 days of pure bliss. It was hot, I read on the beach all day, went out for lovely meals every night, swam in clear blue sea.. I wish I could re live the whooooole thing. But now I'm home and it's back to normality (WHY), and back to work.
I work in New Look which isn't too bad, 50% clothes comes in handy occasionally! Plus I'm also trying (and failing) to save for a car.. Fingers crossed!
So above are just some pictures from the holiday.
The top picture is on the local beach which was 2 minutes from our hotel. It was so so beautiful.

The third picture was actually taken on the last night, and those sunbeds were on our balcony, and we never actually used them. You can't really see what I'm wearing but it was a cute outfit, navy stripes culottes (topshop) and a grey bralet (topshop).

So tomorrow morning I am off to Gran Canaria for 10 whole days with my boyfriend and only now is the excitement kicking in! I'm one of those people that can't really get overly excited about an event until its basically about to happen. Strange. But we're leaving early tomorrow morning (which makes it even more exciting, I feel like a small child on Christmas eve!) and we will be in Gran Canaria by 3 in the afternoon.
I'm reaaaally hoping theres loads to do, like bars, maybe we could hire bikes? I don't have a clue. All I really want is for it to be hot and sunny so I can swim in the sea. I love swimming and the only time I swim is on holiday.
Anyway so the outfit I'm wearing is what I'm wearing to travel in.. it's actually super comfy. I feel so summery and floaty. My mum says she had trousers like that once. Very 70's.

So right now i'm on my summer holidays (until early october!) which is lovely and i'm definitely trying to savour every moment of it because I work a lot and I know it will just go sooo quickly.
Anyway so yesterday I went and got my nails gelled a lovely pale pink. I never usually wear a lot of pink but it just looked so pretty I had too. I also had lunch out with my friends and then went to the pub, had a vodka and lemonade, then a really disgusting apple crumble. (Never have apple crumble at a wetherspoons!)
So I quite liked my outfit yesterday, there was quite a lot of different colours but it just worked, and it was just about summery enough but not over doing it.
